Key Management

Mr. Woods brings with him over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Woods contributed for 25 years to the success of Taylor Energy Company, a significant Gulf of Mexico producer, spending 19 years as Chief Financial Officer. Timothy also held the positions of Controller and Financial Manager during his time with the Company. Before joining Taylor Energy, Mr. Woods was employed for 5 years in various operations, sales, and planning positions in the Gulf Coast region for the Western Company of North America, an oil field service company. Mr. Woods, a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Louisiana, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University with a finance concentration and a Master of Science degree in Accounting - Taxation Option from the University of New Orleans.

Mr. Bordelon earned his Bachelor and Masters Degrees in geology from the University of New Orleans in 1981 and 1988, respectively. Mr. Bordelon has spent his career as an exploration geologist working, offshore Gulf of Mexico, onshore Louisiana and Mississippi, and offshore Nigeria, for Mobil Oil Company, Flores & Rucks, Dominion Exploration & Development Company, as well as several other independent exploration and development companies. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of NorthStar Energy, LLC, a privately owned exploration company focused on the Gulf of Mexico region.

Mr. Tatum brings over 25 years of oil & gas financial and accounting experience to the Company. Prior to joining Leed Petroleum in late 2009, Mr. Tatum was the Chief Financial Officer of Epsilon Energy Ltd. (TSX: EPS), where he was an integral part of Epsilon’s Initial Public Offering during 2007. His prior experience also includes serving as the Controller of DTE Gas & Oil Company for five years, which operated in excess of 1,500 natural gas wells in the Antrim gas field in northern Michigan. In addition, Mr. Tatum was the Vice President, Treasurer and Director of FX Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FXEN) for five years, a company that has oil & gas exploration projects in Poland and the Rocky Mountains. Mr. Tatum is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Texas, a member of the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies and a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler.

Mr. Ellis is a graduate petroleum engineer with 29 years of engineering and management experience. For most of his career, he worked in numerous operating positions for Mobil Oil Company. After leaving Mobil, he has worked for independent oil companies and as a consultant. Mr. Ellis joined the Company in 2005. He graduated with a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1979.

Mr. LeBlanc is a geologist with 29 years experience in the Gulf of Mexico oil and gas industry, both onshore and offshore. Mr. LeBlanc has worked for several independent exploration and development companies focusing on the Gulf Coast region, and in the past he has run his own geological consulting company. Mr. LeBlanc joined the Company in November 2005. He graduated from the University of Louisiana, USA in 1980 with a BSc in geology.
